Strava Challenge Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS PRIOR TO THE START DATE OF THE CONTEST.
ELIGIBILITY: You must be a legal resident who is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, living within participating United States jurisdictions. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, temporary employees, independent contractors and interns of Sur PhytoPerformance LLC (the Company), and its parents, partners, sister companies, affiliates, other sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each, and any persons living with, any such employees are not eligible to enter or to win. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.
BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST (the “Contest”), YOU AGREE TO THE PRIVACY POLICY NOTED BELOW AND THAT THE PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTEST MAY BE SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES.
SPONSOR: The Contest is sponsored by Sur PhytoPerformance, LLC, which has its principal place of business at 2692 N. State Rt. 1-17, Momence, IL 60954.
HOW TO ENTER: No purchase is required to enter. During the Challenge Period (defined below), Strava members may enter by joining the Sur 20 Mile Challenge on Strava, completing a single 20 mile run during the Challenge Period (the “Challenge”), providing the Company with a valid email address, opting in to receive marketing communications from Sponsor, and accepting the Company’s privacy policy.
Eligible Strava members may use the Strava app to complete the Challenge in order to obtain a redemption code (“Prize Code”). Participants who complete the Challenge will be provided with a link to the Company’s website, where they will have the opportunity to receive a Prize Code by entering their email address, opting into receive the Company’s marketing communications, and accepting the Company’s privacy policy. A Prize Code shall be awarded to the first 2,000 eligible participants who complete the Challenge and follow the instructions on the Company’s website.
Upon receiving a Prize Code, eligible participants can follow instructions to redeem the Code. Prize Codes must be redeemed by October 19, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
Participants participating via mobile app may incur a standard data charge from their wireless service provider. Participants are solely responsible for such charges.
Membership in Strava is free and registration for a Strava account can be completed by going to https://www.strava.com and following the onscreen instructions.
Limits: One Code per participant that completes the Challenge and complies with all entry instructions.

No other method of entry will be accepted. Personal information submitted in connection with this Contest is governed by the Company’s privacy policy at https://sur.co/pages/privacy-policy.
The Company is not responsible for entries or Prize Codes that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, undeliverable, delayed or damaged.
DEADLINES: The contest period shall be from October 1, 2022 at 12:00 a.m. to October 9, 2022, 11:59 p.m. in the participant’s local time zone (the “Challenge Period”). The sole determinant of time for the Contest Period will be participant’s local time zone as indicated by the the Strava app. Participants entering close to the posted end-date for the Challenge Period do so with this information in mind. Activities logged during the Challenge Period must be uploaded to Strava no later than three days after the Challenge Period ends.
No responsibility is assumed by the Company, or its parents, partners, affiliates, sister companies, agents, employees or representatives for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of submission to the Company.
"Authorized account holder" as used herein is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned to the Participant.
Multiple entries by the same person, including those made electronically by one person using one or more e-mail accounts, will result in disqualification. All entries must be submitted from a valid Strava member account that may be identified with a natural person by appropriate independent means. Potential winners may be requested to provide the Company with proof that the potential winner is the authorized Strava member and has provided a valid email address.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Up to 2,000 prize codes will be awarded for Sur AltRed 30 capsule discount. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for another prize. By participating in the Contest and/or accepting a prize, participants and winners will be deemed to have agreed to these Rules.
Contest Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local income and any other taxes, fees and surcharges. Contest Winners will be required to pay shipping and handling in the amount of $5.00 and, where applicable under state law, state sales taxes on such shipping charges. The Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
HOW TO WIN / NOTIFICATION: The first 2,000 eligible participants to enter and complete the Sur Week of Greatness Challenge shall be awarded a Prize Code. The first 2,000 eligible participants that successfully complete the Challenge and follow all entry instructions within the Challenge Period, shall receive an email notification, at the email address provided by the participant, that they successfully completed the Challenge and containing a Prize Code. The Prize Code can be redeemed as set forth above. In order to receive a Prize Code, eligible participants that successfully complete the Challenge must provide the Company with a valid email address, agree to receive the Company’s marketing communications, and accept the Company’s privacy policy. Individuals can unsubscribe at any point thereafter.
Prize Codes must be redeemed by October 19, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. CT. If a Prize Code is not timely redeemed, it will be forfeited. If a participant is determined to have been ineligible, it will be deemed as if the participant rejected the Prize Code.
USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: Notwithstanding any contrary provision in the Company’s privacy policy, Participants grant to the Company, and the Company reserves, the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information provided by Participants in connection with the Contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and holds harmless the Company and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won. Restrictions, conditions and limitations apply.
CONDUCT: By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted on the Company's website (https://sur.co/pages/strava-challenge-rules) throughout the Contest. Participants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the Company, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Web site; or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules. You agree that in your participation in the Contest you will not use obscene, libelous or slanderous language, or language that infringes upon a third party's trademark, trade name or other intellectual property right or right of privacy. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, and its respective officers, consultants, agents, and employees against and from all claims, damages liabilities, costs and expenses asserted by third parties alleging that the Contest includes obscenity, libel, slander, or infringes upon the third party's intellectual property or privacy rights, as a direct result of your actions in connection with the Contest. You further agree to not knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Contest or to prevent others' participation in the Contest.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE COMPANY WEB SITES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CONTEST PROVIDERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Participants and winners assume liability for losses or injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the Contest, or by the acceptance, possession, use of, or failure to receive any prize. the Company is not responsible: (i) for any lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries; or (ii) for any incorrect or inaccurate information in the Contest Rules or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. the Company assumes no responsibility for an error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. the Company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Contest. If the Contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including legal restrictions, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Company that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, the Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
RULES / WINNERS LIST: Official Rules and the name of the winners may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Social Media Team, Sur PhytoPerformance, 33 N Dearborn St, Set 340, Chicago IL 60602. Indicate "Sur Strava Challenge" and "Winners List and Rules Request" on the outside of the envelope. Limit one (1) request per envelope. The request must include the name and month of the Contest for which the information is requested.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: The Contest and all of the related pages, contents and code are the copyrights of the Company and/or its sponsors, partners, or consultants. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted material or trademarks without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. You understand that you are providing your personal information to the Company.
GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: This Contest and any dispute relating to this Contest shall be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws doctrines. Company and all participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of federal or state courts in Cook County, Illinois, in connection with any dispute arising from or relating to this Contest.
