Get ready for take off!

I was skeptical...
When it comes to supplements, I'm skeptical. And so that's definitely how I approached AltRed when I was given some to try before going out cycling. I wondered if I'd feel some kind of energy boost after taking them, similar to an energy gel, but AltRed doesn't have that sort of an impact. Instead, I found myself pushing a higher average over the course of my ride and having an overall higher watt output for the ride. Then, post-ride, I didn't experience my usual leg fatigue that comes after a good cycling workout.

Recently started taking this during my long training runs - I've found that I am holding a faster pace with easier effort, and, I'm not as sore after (I run hilly routes for my long runs).
