My Weekly Training
I do a lot of bike riding and this is the bulk of my training. I’ll add in running and some swimming as well as lifting weights.
Why is the PhytoRebellion Important to Me?
I enjoy how it makes me feel. I can tell a difference when I’m “on product” and not “on product”. While I reach my physical limits during a race, the perceived exertion feels much lower and, as a result, I’m able to push that little bit more.
