How AltRed has impacted my training:

As an endurance athlete who trains year round I always looking for clean ways to race harder, longer and recover quicker. I was pointed towards AltRed by a crazy training teammate Lisa Becharas and been using it ever since. I often train and race in the 3 – 6hr range and feel as though the supplement has really helped my endurance and my ability to go again and again on the bike and in the gym.
