How AltRed has impacted my training:

I use AltRed on my weekly speed work days and on my weekly really Long run days (4.5+hours). I takek it when I wake up (which was about 1.5 hours before my workout- Im not going to wake up earlier than i need to) and then usually once about 1/2 way through my workouts. I noticed improvement in pace and overall times getting faster (while still feeling like I had energy in the tank) and recovery feeling better/ faster.
