How AltRed has impacted my training:
I started using AltRed in 2018 in my training and racing regime. AltRed became a critical piece of my nutrition plan and allowed me to train harder/faster and recover more quickly. I had PR in Ironman Mont-Tremblant 2018 consuming AltRed in training and the race and had my best Ironman race with no nutritional issues. AltRed kept my energy level great the entire Ironman and had awesome run leg to finish the race strong. I exceeded my goal of 12 hours and went 11:58. I also used AltRed in Hartford Marathon on Oct 13th 2018 and had a PR by 16 minutes with a time of 3:35:22. I feel AltRed has had a very positive effect on my training and racing efforts.
