Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Sur Referral Program (program), you (program member) are agreeing to our terms and conditions (rules). Note that you also agree that we may make changes to the program. When that happens, we’ll let you know.
How to join the program
The program is open to anyone over the age of 18 located in the United States. Anyone located outside of the United States is not eligible to participate in the program.
To join the Sur Referral Program, you must create an account and become a program member at www.sur.co. To become a program member, click on the red launcher located in the bottom right of your screen and follow the prompts. Note that if you already have an account at www.sur.co, you can access the program using your existing login credentials (email address and password). Email info@sur.co if you need assistance.
How referrals work
Referral link discounts are only valid for new customers. A new customer is someone who has never made a purchase at www.sur.co. A new customer must complete a purchase for it to count.
As a program member you will receive a referral link to share. To get your referral link click on the launcher and make sure you're logged into your account. When a new customer uses your referral link, they will receive twenty-five percent (25%) off their purchase. Once they make complete their purchase, you’ll earn points that can be redeemed for rewards at www.sur.co. Every new customer referral is worth fifty (50) points.
Limited time promotions
From time to time, we may do promotions that temporarily add or remove ways to earn points.
How points and rewards work
You can access your points and rewards through the red launcher. Make sure you’re logged into your account.
You earn points when a new customer purchases with your referral link or complete actions. Points earned for completing actions varies. See list of actions in red launcher for details.
Every 5 points you earn are worth $1 in rewards at www.sur.co. You must earn a minimum of 50 points before you can redeem a reward.
Points are automatically added to your account within 24 hours. Points will expire after twelve (12) months if there is no activity on your account. It is important to note that points have no cash value and must be redeemed at www.sur.co. Points are also non-transferable. Points and rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent.
To redeem rewards click on red launcher and follow the reward prompts. Make sure you’re logged into your account.
Other important information
Program members agree to receive program-related communications (e.g., emails) from Sur.
Sur reserves the right to remove members from the program at its discretion. If this happens all accrued points will automatically expire.
