How I use AltRed in my training:
I try and do yoga 5 to 6 times a week with cardio and lifting about the same. With yoga I usually do hot power Fusion, yoga sculpt (yoga with weights), and C2 which is an intermediate/advanced yoga. I always have at least one rest day depending on my work schedule or how my body is feeling from the workout(s) the day before. I will always take AltRed everyday as well as before I do yoga, run or bike and also depending on how long those sessions are I will bring more than one red capsule.
