WHY I TAKE ALTRED
AltRed makes me stronger, trainer harder, and recover faster!
MY WEEKLY TRAINING
I train 15-22 hours per week. I typically wake up between 4:30-5:00a daily for one training session prior to work and then I do a 2nd session after work. I work a full-time job of 40-50 hour weeks.
