How AltRed has impacted my training:
I use AltRed each morning before my morning workout and then on my long workouts on the weekends. I can feel and see the difference in the mornings where I take AltRed versus when I forget. There is just a difference in how much harder I can push. I get over 20 hours a week in training when peaking and I could not have done that before without the better recovery.
