How AltRed has impacted my training:

I am coached by QT2 Systems, which is a very well structured training program that sends over 30 athletes a year to the Ironman World Championships in Kona, HI. It’s a comprehensive training regiment that progressively becomes more intense throughout the season. Last year, as training became more intense, I was looking for something that could provide the boost I needed to increase training effectiveness. As an athlete over 50 years old, our testosterone isn’t what it used to be and I was looking for a supplement that could help provide some needed vitality to my workouts. I discovered AltRed online and started taking it prior to workouts. I could immediately feel the difference in terms of energy and performance in training sessions. Most notably, I used AltRed prior to the 2018 USAT Age Group Nationals and I was able to maintain a higher Heart Rate throughout the race, which resulted in better than expected bike and run results. I had the 3rd best combined bike and run time in my age group, and shattered both bike and run personal records. My run time was 20 seconds per mile faster than my previous race when I didn’t use AltRed.
