Main Sport/ Activity:
I will run 4-5 half marathons, numerous 5ks, 4-5 sprint triathlons, and possibly another marathon
How AltRed has impacted my training:
I generally run 50 miles a week (3 easy, 2 workout, 1 long run, & 1 recovery run per week). I take 1 everyday and I will used the prescribed dosage on race days.
