My Weekly Training
AltRed every morning when I wake.
My workouts are always in the morning when I get up.
Monday – Long run, long swim
Tuesday – 90 min hard trainer ride, speed work (8 miles total – run)
Wednesday – Olympic simulation… 1 hour ride, 6 mile run, 1500 – 2000 yard swim
Thursday – 90 min hard trainer ride, tempo work (8 miles total – run)
Friday – 30 min easy spin, 4 mile easy run, 3000 yards swim
Saturday – 2 hour ride with some hard efforts… race pace efforts, a run afterwards… anywhere from 10 miles to 4 miles with different efforts depending on the week’s plan.
Sunday – 2-3 hour trainer ride, 3000 yard swim (sometimes in wetsuit)
Why is the PhytoRebellion Important to Me?
To perform at my best and stay a clean athlete is always the goal. I see so much of an improvement in my training and recovery with AltRed.
