My Weekly Training
I train five to six days per week. I take AltRed two hours before exercise, at the start and then every two hours for the duration of the activity. I don’t do anything different on race day. Train the way you want to race.
Why is the PhytoRebellion Important to Me?
AltRed has enabled me get the most out of my body. I’m able to push more watts longer at a lower heart rate. It’s also greatly reduced my recovery time It has been responsible for some of my best performances this past year.
