My Weekly Training
Triathlon training, 10-15 hours per week with a little bit of functional strength training and yoga.
How AltRed has impacted my training:
I love being a part of the PhytoRebellion to set new PRs and reach new potentials, while sharing this supplement with fellow athletes in my area. Currently I eat a mostly plant based diet including lots of healthy fats found in nuts, seeds, and avocados. I prefer a more plant based diet because it’s healthier for me and helps me improve my longevity and athletic performance while reducing my carbon footprint. Simply put, plant based nutrition is better for the body and environmentally responsible. AltRed fits nicely into my training!
